• Library Report – Cindy King
• Cindy had the full library available. She made note that there have been requests made by venue, i.e., stock, agility, etc. Pete Dolan suggested a dollar value be appropriated for "Library Maintenance & Update". Keli Gaunt made the motion to appropriate $400 per year for the fund, the motion was seconded by Warren Robinson, and passed. Jean Janotta also suggested a subscription to "Clean Run" magazine be added to the library.

• Event Updates
• March 20 & 21 - Rescue Show – Brenda Dean – Brenda reported the show went well and made money.
• April 3rd – Tracking Clinic with Celeste Kelly – Diane Johnson attended and reported the clinic was successful and that it too had made a profit
• May 15^th - Intro to Herding with Tenley Dexter – no one at the meeting had attended
• May 29 & 30 – Agility Trial and Try-Stock-n-Go – Jean Janotta reported that there had been a good turn out and that some dogs had come for just the Try Stock part of the event. The two new laptop computers debuted at this trial and after a snafu or two, they were up and running and a huge help.
• June 2-6 – Bob Vest Sheep & Cattle Clinic – Tenley Dexter – Pete Dolan reported the clinic went well.
• June 7-10 – Bob Vest Sheep Clinic in NH – Carolyn Bain – Jean Janotta attended and reported that a great time was had by all
• June 19 & 20 – Sheep & Cattle Trial – Janet Benson – Warren Robinson attended this trial and reported that it went very well.
• July 30, 31 & August 1 – Moose-a-Mania – Clara Grover – Sue Winters reported things are going well and in place for the event. She had heard the entries for the co-located CPE trial are running behind.
• August 28 & 29 – Stock Dog Trial – Janet Benson’s – Deb Adamczyk will be getting the additional ribbons needed for the Duck runs.
• September 9-11 - Stock Clinic with Kathy Warren – Deb & Joe Adamczyk – E-mail update from Deb – There are currently 10 ASCNE handlers and 1 non-ASCNE, non-Aussie handler that knows how we are operating. She is ready to open the Auditors slots to the East Coast Clubs on an Aussie preference, first check first entered basis. She will send it out via e-mail probably before the end of July. Any clinic or trial entry paperwork can be given to Cindy King at the meeting today.
• September 12 Stock Trial – Deb & Joe Adamczyk – no report
• October 8,9,10 – HMM – Peter Kontos – E-mail update from Peter – Members are being asked to make donations and be sponsors for the HMM Stock Dog Belt Buckles for High Combined Aussie, High Combined Other Breed and Most Versatile Aussie. Tenley will be putting up a poster for sign up at the August and September Stock Dog Trials and donations can be sent to her. There is going to be a DNA Blood Draw. Anyone interested can contact Peter Kontos. Help is needed for obedience & breed stewards and help for the stock dog efforts would also be appreciated.
• October 17 – Tracking – Celeste Kelly – no report
• November 13 & 14 – Cranberry Classis – Fran Swanson – Sue Winters & Keli Gaunt reported breed judges have been hired; still looking for one more obedience judge.
• 2005 Pre-Shows in Georgia – Jean Janotta has received the contracts for the Breed and Agility pre-shows. Sue Winters has been working on a design for trophies, etc., and the drawings she had with her were great. A special note of interest – dates for HMM 2005 will be September 23, 24, & 25 to accommodate the timing of the Nationals. Breed judges have been hired - Barbara Peters – BOB; Ric Pittman – Dogs; Sheila Polk – Bitches; Judy Norris – Pups, Altered, Non-reg; Kelly Hatton – Juniors.

• Hall of Fame Ballot Question – The attending membership voted Option II – HOF requirements shall be as presently proposed by the HOF Committee
• HOF Altered - I accept the Altered Champions as a qualifying Conformation title for all of ASCA's Hall of Fame requirements - The attending membership voted YES
